Coach and Facilitator

About Me

Hello! I'm Mason. I have been a diligent student of my inner world, having researched a variety of sources on psychology, spirituality, and philosophy, and undergone intensive inner work both on my own and with mentors. Through the knowledge gained, I'm helping others tread the same inner path, working with their unconscious mind and healing from their traumas and limiting beliefs.

I am deeply passionate about this work. I believe that if we wish to change the world, we must first learn to change within. Healing our own personal traumas, complexes, and projections allows for more space in which we can create genuine change in the world around us.

If you're still on the fence about working with me, don't hesitate to reach out! I offer a free consultation call, where we can see if we'll be a good fit for each other.

Offerings

1 -1 Coaching Container

An Offer of a 3-4 Month Private Coaching Container, or an hourly per-session alternative

It's one thing to read books and learn the theories, yet it's entirely different to actually put these ideas into grounded action for effective change. If you're aware of the potential transformations that can occur with this material, yet haven't been able to have these actual experiences then you've come to the right place.

I offer a 1-1 coaching container which will provide you with the opportunity to dig deep into your unconscious and work through layers of limiting beliefs and repressed material.

This is not for the casual learner. This is for the person who's committed to themselves, and understands what it takes to undergo deep inner change.

Through Self Alchemized Coaching you will:

  • Undergo deep shadow-work and inner discovery, peeling away the layers of the psyche until the original repressed material is revealed.
  • Develop habits that will help you ground into an identity that actually aids you in moving through the world and achieving your goals.
  • Come into a more grounded and embodied baseline within your body and emotions.
  • Understand and work through patterns of self-sabotage, limiting beliefs, and understanding the depth of why you are stuck in your patterns.
  • Work towards your vision of potential and self-realization. The essence of who you could become, the one that deep down you know is there, waiting to be released.

By the end you will not only have a clear understanding of what your personal unconscious looks and feels like, but a stronger, deeply grounded baseline with which to access a deeper and more authentic relationship with yourself.

This will involve looking at the deep underlying structures of your self-construct, working through and releasing limiting beliefs, and identifying and learning to properly feel your feelings so they are able to transform.

Our time together is an investment. To realize a powerful return on this investment, you will need to:

  • Show up with an open and honest mind and heart. I can't help you if you are not transparent about what is going on within you.
  • Be willing to make permanent changes in your life in terms of where energy is being directed (e.g. willingness to shift habits, exercising, reading recommended material, following through on assigned work, etc.).

  • Hold a commitment to doing the work and showing up. I cannot do the work for you. No one can. I can only guide you through your own inner world. It's up to you to commit to your health.

  •

If this sounds like you, and you're ready to take the leap and experience genuine transformation and the essence of applied transmutation, then click the button above and let's connect.

I look forward to working with you!

With that in mind, I have two pathways for you.

 (1) A 3-4 month private coaching container

(2) A weekly recurring call

1. The Coaching Container

This consists of 12 x 90-minute conversations, typically over a 3-4 month period.

During this time I am fully committed to serving you, both inside the calls and out. While we will meet weekly for a call, I will also be available for texting or voice-note conversations throughout the week. While in this container you have my top priority, and I will do the best I can to serve you and what is coming through to be transformed.

This coaching container involves:

  • 12 x 90-minute deep-dive conversations and inner explorations
  • A protected recurring slot in my calendar for 3-4 months (top priority)
  • Ongoing voice note / written dialogue between sessions
  • An ongoing document that maps out and details inner feeling states and patterns for you to reflect on
  • Me as a reliable and empathetic listener on a regular basis
  • Research support when needed. I will deep dive into any topics that may come up and return with sources and a path forward

This container is for those who are ready to move up a level. For those looking for genuine deep change. Those who are deeply committed to their growth and simply require a guide to take them to deeper inner layers.

2. Weekly Calls

For the weekly calls, all of this remains true except that the pace and intensity will be much less. This is for people who either:

(a) have gone through the 4-month container and want to continue working together or

(b) Aren't able to commit to deep inner work at this moment but are still curious about undergoing change

During these calls, I am your:

  • Coach/Teacher
  • Guide through your unconscious
  • Intellectual sparring partner
  • Personal librarian
  • Study partner

Slow, grounded growth is the priority. There's no rush in this. It is about the slow revealing of what's lying under the surface.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

You don't have to meet all of these, but this is who I have in mind and who I typically work best with.

This coaching container is designed for:

  • Deeply creative and rigorously intellectual people
  • Committed and passionate learners
  • Those in a psychologically and physically safe state to begin deep inner work
  • Able to safely financially afford the full amount
  • Individuals with high levels of agency
  • Deeply curious and open-minded people
  • Those who aren't afraid to ask deep questions and to go where the tether leads them
  • Abstract, symbolic thinkers who aren't too rigid in which belief system they adhere to
  • Those who were "gifted" in childhood yet feel burnt out as adults
  • Those who naturally read philosophy and psychology on a regular basis
  • Those who understand the intellectual theories but struggle to actually embody them

Tarot Guidance

I offer a tarot reading service where I can pull a variety of spreads on varying situations in your life. From here I can offer guidance, advice, coaching, or simply help you through whatever circumstance you are getting a reading for.

This is an extension of the hourly coaching calls. We can utilize tarot in order to reveal what's wanting to come through and be transmuted. Because they include not only the reading, but the advice, assistance, and guidance with what comes through, these are treated with the same attention as the hourly weekly calls.

During this time, we can pull as many cards as is necessary to get to the root of the problem and integrate the solution.

Birth Chart Alchemy

I offer an in-depth birth chart analysis where we will look over your astrological birth chart and reveal what areas in life need attention and where to invest awareness into in order to facilitate growth and momentum.

Book an initial session below, with the option to increase sessions once we’ve established rapport.

Like the tarot guidance, utilizing the birth chart is an extension of the coaching guidance I offer. The emphasis will instead be on what it revealed in your birthchart in regards to where blockages are at and what can be focused on to move through what's holding you back.
