1 -1 Coaching Container

It's one thing to read books and learn the theories, yet it's entirely different to actually put these ideas into grounded action for effective change. If you're aware of the potential transformations that can occur with this material, yet haven't been able to have these actual experiences then you've come to the right place. 

 

I offer a 1-1 coaching container which will provide you with the opportunity to dig deep into your unconscious and work through layers of limiting beliefs and repressed material. 

 

This is not for the casual learner. This is for the person who's committed to themselves, and understands what it takes to undergo deep inner change. 

 

Through Self Alchemized Coaching you will:
 

• Undergo deep shadow-work and inner discovery, peeling away the layers of the psyche until the original repressed material is revealed. 

• Develop habits that will help you ground into an identity that actually aids you in moving through the world and achieving your goals. 

• Come into a more grounded and embodied baseline within your body and emotions. 

• Understand and work through patterns of self-sabotage, limiting beliefs, and understanding the depth of why you are stuck in your patterns. 

• Work towards your vision of potential and self-realization. The essence of who you could become, the one that deep down you know is there, waiting to be released. 
   

By the end you will not only have a clear understanding of what your personal unconscious looks and feels like, but a stronger, deeply grounded baseline with which to access a deeper and more authentic relationship with yourself. 

 

This will involve looking at the deep underlying structures of your self-construct, working through and releasing limiting beliefs, and identifying and learning to properly feel your feelings so they are able to transform. 
 

Our time together is an investment. To realize a powerful return on this investment, you will need to:
 

• Show up with an open and honest mind and heart. I can't help you if you are not transparent about what is going on within you.

• Be willing to make permanent changes in your life in terms of where energy is being directed (e.g. willingness to shift habits, exercising, reading recommended material, following through on assigned work, etc.).

• Hold a commitment to doing the work and showing up. I cannot do the work for you. No one can. I can only guide you through your own inner world. It's up to you to commit to your health.

 (1) A 3-4 month private coaching container 

 

(2) A weekly recurring call 

 

1. The Coaching Container

This consists of 12 x 90-minute conversations, typically over a 3-4 month period. 

 

During this time I am fully committed to serving you, both inside the calls and out. While we will meet weekly for a call, I will also be available for texting or voice-note conversations throughout the week. While in this container you have my top priority, and I will do the best I can to serve you and what is coming through to be transformed. 

 

This coaching container involves:

 

• 12 x 90-minute deep-dive conversations and inner explorations

• A protected recurring slot in my calendar for 3-4 months (top priority)

• Ongoing voice note / written dialogue between sessions

• An ongoing document that maps out and details inner feeling states and patterns for you to reflect on

• Me as a reliable and empathetic listener on a regular basis

• Research support when need. I will deep dive into any topics that may come up and return with sources and a path forward

This container is for those who are ready to move up a level. For those looking for genuine deep change. Those who are deeply committed to their growth and simply require a guide to take them to deeper inner layers. 

2. Weekly Calls

For the weekly calls, all of this remains true except that the pacce and intensity will be much less. This is for people who either:

 

(a) have gone through the 4-month container and want to continue working together or

 

(b) Aren't able to commit to deep inner work at this moment but are still curious about undergoing change

 

During these calls, I am your:

 

• Coach/Teacher

• Guide through your unconscious

• Intellectual sparring partner

• Personal librarian

• Study partner

•  

Slow, grounded growth is the priority. There's no rush in this. It is about the slow revealing of what's lying under the surface.
