1-1 Coaching
I offer 1-1 coaching sessions which will allow you the oppurtunity to dig deep into your unconscious and work through layers of limiting beliefs and repressed material.
Through Self Alchemized Coaching you will experience:
- Undergo deep shadow-work and inner discovery.
- Develop habits that will help you ground and grow.
- Understand and work through patterns of self-sabotage.
- Work towards your vision of potential and self-realization.
This coaching process is designed to facilitate a deepening experience into your unconscious and realization of your true Self.
By the end you will have a clear understanding of what your personal unconscious looks and feels like, and how to access a deeper and more authentic relationship with yourself.
This will involve looking at the deep structures of your self-construct, working through and releasing limiting beliefs.
Our time together is an investment. To realize a powerful return on this investment, you will need to:
- Show up with an open and honest mind and heart. I can't help you if you are not transparents about what is going on within you.
- Be willing to make permanant changes in your life in terms of where energy is being directed (e.g. willingness to quit addictions, exercising, reading recommend material, following through on assigned homework, etc.).
- Hold a commitment to doing the work and showing up. I cannot do the work for you. No one can. I can only guide you through your own inner world. It's up to you to commit to your health.
